COIN’s mailing lists

COIN – Christians on the Internet - hosts a few useful mailing lists intended to help Christians of different denominations participate in discussions on a wide range of Church-related interests. Though the lists are concentrated on the Church in the UK, the forums include a great variety of topics such as pastoral and outreach work, church music and liturgical interests.

Users need to note that each list is carefully operated, and governed by several guidance notes that carry instructions, advice and expectations on the usage of the lists. It is expected that all users honour these guidelines in letter and spirit.

“Where to Worship”

This is an online church search feature offered by The Church Times, the leading Anglican weekly newspaper. You will be able to look for information on your local place of worship – the times of service and contact person’s details, and more. If you happen to know of a place of worship but do not find it in the records, you could take the trouble of submitting the required information online. You will end up doing a good deed indeed.

Incidentally the search is not confined to the UK – the records contain useful details of churches worldwide.
