If you are a teacher in the UK, you may be called upon to render some religious teachings (called RE – Religious Education) to a group of children. One of the online resources which could possibly help you begin this task is RE:QUEST, a free, primary source for teaching about Christianity in Religious Education. This easy to use, richly illustrated and youth-centred resource is designed and made available in such a way that all key stages in religious teaching are covered.

This is what a schools Advisor has to say about this service - ”A website you will really treasure! A reliable resource for teaching and learning about Christianity. This is a must-use on-line resource of high quality and is highly commended. Brilliant! Recommended for use in all our schools.”

Here’s where you can access plenty of printable activity pdf worksheets with instructions. There are separate sets of sheets for children of different age groups.

Looking for resources related to the Anglican Church? Here are a few -

- the Intercontinental Church Society (ICS) is an international Church of England mission agency who have a role in spreading the Anglican Church’s message to people who speak English, and are physically located away from home, in a non-English speaking country. Elsewhere in Europe the ICS’s ministry serves its purpose towards more Europeans who speak English. As an Anglican patronage society, ICS has the job of recruiting ministers to serve in a good number of the international Anglican churches. You will be able to find help on church growth, church planting, outreach to tourists, and in finding a church abroad.

- The Anglican Domain is an online service operated by the Society of Archbishop Justus simply to help Anglicans and Anglican churches worldwide, and to be a point of focus rather than control. The site strives to be useful, by giving links to official websites for national churches, provinces, dioceses, and church publications. You will find lists of country / province-wise church membership information as well.

- AnglicansOnline is a service offered by the same society, listing an amazing range of comprehensive and up-to-date resources and information related to the Anglican Church.
